We, Alpha Engineering Company, are proud to
introduce ourselves as Manufacturer, Supplier and Exporter of Aluninium Gravity Die
Castings since 1995.
Technically, Gravity Die Casting process is a part of Permanent Mould Casting in which the castings are produced by pouring processed and set molten metal into the metallic mould i.e. permanent, non sacrificing moulds. This method gives grater dimensional stability, better inner strength and improved surface finish to the castings.
Aluminium is a popular non ferrous metal for this branch of casting manufacturing for the obvious reasons like light weight, good mouldability and better aesthetics. At Alpha Engineering Company we have a great mix of experience and youthful energy which a good combination to have.
The promoters D S KULKARNI and S D POMAJE have 39 years of engineering experience out of which 12 years of corporate experience and 27 years of business experience. The entry of next generation has given us a new strength and energy. This has definitely increased our longitivity and durability of our industry in the market place.
We do have the approach with system due to the experience of around 32 years with the systems like ISO, TPM, LEAN. Our valued customers have also encouraged us to improve our system continually with their audits and constant purchase orders. We take pride to say that we have customers which are with us for last 25 years. This proves our consistency in our quality, delivery and our approach of aligning with their requirements of change and the price also.
We must say that our infrastructure is acceptable to Indian and overseas customers who have visited us and approved the same. We have got the chance to cater requirement of overseas customer for 12 years. At present we are catering the sections of the markets like general engineering, hand tools, printing machines, agricultural products, pneumatic and hydraulic products, valve actuators, automobile industries, heavy vehicles, electrical components etc.
